The country Zimbabwe
Zimbabwe is a country located in the Southern part of Africa. They had one president for 30 years from (31 December 1987 – 21 November 2017) which is President Robert Mugabe, who recently resigned and the new President is Emmerson Mnangagwa.

2. Zimbabwe became independent from the UK on April 18, 1980. They celebrate their national independence day on this day.
3. They have 16 official languages (which most spoken are Shona - 70% and Isindebele - 20%).
4. Zimbabwe is three times the size of England in terms of land.
5. Zimbabwe was once a very rich country.
6. They now use other currency like US$, Rand and Pula after the massive 231 million % inflation in their currency in 2008.
7. Zimbabwe is suffering from a shortage of health care professionals.
8. They have won a total of eight medals at the Olympic Games in two sports – hockey (1) and swimming (7).
9. Manufacturing, mining, and farming constitute the backbone of the Zimbabwean economy.
10. Zimbabwe has one of the lowest life expectancy in the world. Females can expect to live 58.7 years and males survive for 57.3 years, on average (2016).
