Once in a village of khuthala lived a beautiful girl named Thobelani, she had a voice of an angel when she sings a broken heart find consolidation, a person who has lost hope in life gets new hope and strength to fight. The only problem Thobelani had was that she was afraid to sing in front of people except for her mom.
One day Zombies were passing by Thobelani’s house they saw her as a predator but one of the Zombies saw a very beautiful lady with a voice of an angel. One zombie said “if I could find my teeth bite that thick skin I’m sure I would be full for the whole week” and he laughed, all the zombies agreed to what the other zombie said. They all whispered amongst each other on how to abduct Thobelani.
The other zombie realised that the sweet zombie wasn’t concentrating and he asked him “what is wrong softy hope you are not planning to ruin our plan like you usually do” then the sweet zombie said “no!! am..am..am fine, I won’t jeopardise your plan this time”. At that moment he was hoping that they would fail in abducting Thobelani.
The zombies slowly came near where Thobelani were and with the blink of an eye they abducted the sweet Angelic Thobelani. They took her to a very dark forest where all kinds of wild animals are found, without protection a human being wouldn’t survived for a day. All the zombies were laughing and happy that they had a great feast for that night, they were all singing, laughing and telling her how they going to eat her.
The sweet zombie was seating there witnessing how scared and frighten was Thobelani. “Ray! I can see we are all happy about our feast for tonight but did you see how many are we, do you think this meal will be enough for all of us?” asked the sweet zombie.
The king of the zombies asked with a concerned voice “ hey softy are you trying to say this meal is not enough?” and the sweet zombie answered “ yes it’s not, as I haven’t play my part I think I should go and get a token of appreciation”. That was how he went away to find Thobelani some help.
He went to where most wild animals live and asked for help. He came back with a very big hyena and all the zombies were happy. When they were about to have their meal for that night they heard a huge noise approaching their territory, when they see it was all the wild animals coming to them they were frightened. “what is happening? How did they know we are here?”asked the Zombies with a frighten voices. Lion Khumba said “leave our land and let that girl go or you will all die”. All the Zombies ran away and left Thobelani there.
That was how Thobelani was rescued from the zombies, she became good friends with them and they helped her to get back home safe. In their way back home Thobelani sang for them and they all danced together. “Thanks Lion Khumba and all your tribe now I’m home and safe, I promise I will make time to come and sing for you whenever I can” said Thobelani.
From that day Thobelani found courage to sing for a crowd and she even won the biggest contest in her town. Every Saturday Thobelani went to the Forest to sing for her Friends and she lived happily ever after.
